Happy New Years!

Im glad she is only 10 years old, but if this is any sign what she thinks her social life is going to be like, she will be WRONG!

The kids with Grandma Petrick. My mom looks like its wee hours in the morning, when it was actually on 8:30 pm, because the kids couldn't wait any longer!

Grandpa Petrick had to have his picture with the kids. He missed the photo session with my mom, because he needed a quick nap.

Chad had the biggest smile right along with the loudest horn! The party horns are about 3 years old and still unfortunately produce the loudest noise!

Nathan loved filling his glass with sparkling Apple juice with many cherries to add color!

We want to wish everyone a Happy/Healthy New Year. We hope you are blessed with love, kindness, and enjoy life to the fullest. Remember to create memories and take lots of pictures!

Finally A Posting!!

Well I am back and going to try to do better at this! Leah keeps reminding me constantly about updating my blog. I thought maybe I was the only one who looked at this! It brings a smile to my face when my own family is excited to see what will be posted next. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and created wonderful memories and took lots of pictures! I always tell Scott(my husband) its not always the material things that we can purchase, but the memories we create. Not that he's about material things, but it's the reminder for both of us. There are so many things I remember about my childhood and alot of them had nothing to do with material things. Today I get the opportunity to go to Des Moines shopping with my friends and obviously I am excited, because its 4:30 a.m. and we are leaving at 8:00 and I can't sleep! In Des Moines there's this scrapbook store I LOVE going to and I believe that's going to be our 1st stop, otherwise I really don't need anything. Well now my husband is up, so I will sign off, because this gives us the opportunity to talk without 3 extra sets of ears. Have a good day!
